Swap is showing as complete but I can’t see the tokens in my wallet
If you’ve successfully completed your cross-chain swap on Squid App but cannot see the new tokens in your wallet, follow the steps below:
First, check that you’ve added the token to your wallet (Squid makes this very easy to do!):
- Select the chain and token you swapped to in Squid’s app
- Click the + button next to the token in the drop down token list
- You should be prompted to add the token to your wallet.
If your balance of the intended token is not what you expected, you may have received axlUSDC on the destination chain. To find out, repeat the above steps with the axlUSDC token on the chain you swapped to.
When going to a Cosmos chain
If tokens haven’t arrived on a desired Cosmos chain, check Osmosis for your tokens. Squid will send your tokens to Osmosis as a protective measure to avoid high loss due to slippage or unfavorable price movement.
What to do if you received axlUSDC on the destination chain
If you received axlUSDC on the destination chain instead of your desired token, simply swap axlUSDC for your desired token on the same chain using Squid.
