I can’t sign a transaction with my Ledger
If you're having trouble signing transactions with your Ledger device on Squid, the solution depends on the blockchain you are using:
Signing with Ledger on EVM Networks
For issues on EVM networks, contact Squid’s support team for help. They can assist with troubleshooting and resolving problems related to your Ledger device.
Signing with Ledger on Cosmos Networks
On Cosmos networks, there is a technical limitation preventing transactions from being signed on Ledger devices. The signatures required by Cosmos are too long for Ledger to process. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the Ledger's current capabilities, and there is no available fix at this time.
As a workaround, if you need to perform a transaction on the Cosmos network, consider transferring your funds to a different supported wallet. This allows you to use Squid to complete your transaction.
