When to contact support
If you've encountered an issue, please attempt the recommended steps for troubleshooting before contacting support. This is to avoid unnecessary delays on your side as some issues can be resolved more efficiently by users on their own.
If the errors or issues are substantial and require attention from the team, you can submit a support ticket or visit the Support channel in our Discord server.
We've listed out some issues and errors that would meet support criteria:
- You have waited over 1 hour after submitting a transaction but still have not received tokens on destination chain
- You are receiving constant errors on the frontend and are unable to swap
- You have a different issue and can not find the solution by searching Squid’s support documentation
When contacting support
If your question concerns a transaction you made via Squid, please provide the Axelarscan link or your wallet address along with your request so we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
